REIKI
I serve as a channel - and use Reiki (an energy healing modality) to encourage the flow of energy. Tapping into a meditative state, the energy flows through my hands - and while taking time to direct focus and energy to each of the body’s energy centers (chakras) brings them to a more relaxed and grounded state.
Reiki meets each individual where they are - and restores balance. For example, if you're tired Reiki can help you feel more clear, focused and energized. If you're wired, Reiki can bring you to a serene state, where you breathe deeper and rest easily.
This mode of healing is extremely gentle, and in my direct client experience can help with relief from Multiple Sclerosis, various forms of Cancer, and many other mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual challenges. Clients have booked me for many life events: ranging from before an exam to calm their nerves ~ to monthly sessions during pregnancy to help feel in tune with their body.

What happens during a Reiki session?
Sessions start out with a grounding chat and intention setting. Clients then lay down, dressed in comfortable clothing; while enjoying a relaxing customized playlist featuring heart opening jams + supportive healing frequencies.
Some have described visions of colors, emotions states processing, such as sadness, grief, joy and bliss. The Reiki flows for 24 hours after the session, so it can be helpful to drink plenty of water, and take a salt bath if possible, to help the recharged energy to continue to flow and purify.

BREATHWORK
The style of Pranayama Breathwork I practice is alchemy within your own body, and has the potential to be transformative and psychedelic.
The breath can be a gateway to an expansive journey within - where you emerge lighter and freer, with a greater sense of mind, body and spiritual alignment.
The “active” part of breathwork is a three part breath, all happening through the mouth. While lying down with your eyes closed, you’ll be guided through the experience with a curated playlist. After actively breathing, you’ll lay in a gorgeous resting state that allows for processing and integration.

TAROT
A meditative grounding experience with musical healing frequencies incorporated. Whether you choose a full or mini session, you'll leave with some clarity, insight and spiritual guidance tailored to you. During the mini session we will pull three cards around one main inquiry or desire. And with the full *NEW offering as of Fall 2024) session we will go on a Yellow Brick Road journey, a 9 card pull ~ culminating with some Emerald City support & guidance.
FYI ~ I don’t typically read the Tarot in a predictive fashion, we check in with the energies of the present moment, and per usual, YOU have the power to interpret, take what resonates, leave the rest, and make any moves you desire.

SPACE CLEARING
From offices to households, space is cleared energetically using Reiki and sound. We start out with a grounding chat - where intentions are clarified, so we can get specific on the goals for the clearing. This is perfect for bringing peace to challenging environments, and cleansing a space of stuck, or heavy energy. Previous clients have commented on an upgrade which radiates stability and rejuvenation in the space itself, and the people who live or work in it.
Rates are dependent on clients needs. Typically $444 covers a home, boutique. or cafe. Please inquire about additional costs for larger spaces, and/or other locations. Contact me to create your bespoke session.
